• At what time can we check-in and out?
  Check In from 2pm, Check Out before 11am. Please let us know in advance what time you intend to check in.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  The price is per apartment.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  No, breakfast is not served because the apartment is self catering.
• Is heating included in the price?
  Yes, it is.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes, we prefer payments on arrival by cash.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  We speak English and French.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  The building has 6 floors, the apartment is set on the 5th and there is an elevator.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Yes, definitely they are.
• Are linens and towels provided or do I need to bring my own?
  You do not need to bring yours: you will be furnished with linens and towels. In case of longer rents a cleaning service will be provided once per week.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  No, the apartment does not.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  Yes, by the kitchen there's a small balcony that looks over the roofs of Borgo and Gianicolo hill.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  Non smoking is more preferable but smoking is allowed.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Yes, there is a Tv in the living room with national channels.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  No, there is not.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  Yes, with no extra charge.
• Is there a dining room where we could sometimes all dine together?
  In the dining room there is a table with a large crystal top where six people can confortably have their meals.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  No, we do not but there are many Internet points in the surroundings.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  No, there is not.
• Is parking or garage available?
  There is a street off parking for a fee is available behind the block.
• Where can we rent a car?
  Termini railway station or Ciampino-Fiumicino airports.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  The nearest (25 km) and best linked is Fiumicino airport.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  No, we do not.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  Many buses for several destinations all over the city depart from Piazza Risorgimento (50 metres far from the apartment), Piazza Pia e Piazza Cavour.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  The nearest railway station (1 km) is "San Pietro" where main regional trains stop. Most of the national and international trains stop at Termini station. The apartment can be reached by subway or by express bus to the station departing from Piazza Pia.
• Which is the nearest / how far away is / how do we arrive from the underground / subway stop?
  The nearest subway stop is "Ottaviano - San Pietro" (line A) is just 5 minutes walking distance from the apartment.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No, there is not.
• Are pets welcome?
  Yes, small size pets are welcome.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  Of course there is not, but the surrounding area is plenty of typical resturants.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  No, you can not.
