• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from 1pm, Check Out before 9am.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  If not specified, the price is always per room.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  Yes -continental- buffet breakfast.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes, you can.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  Italian, English and Spanish, a few receptionists also French (all languages excellent level).
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  4 floors- Thereis an elevator for 8 persons.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  All the rooms have similar furniture, the internal ones are more quiet.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  No, any rooms have a terrace/courtyard.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  No, any rooms have a balcony.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  At the moment we still do not have any smoking or no smoking rooms.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Yes, All rooms have TV-sat.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  Yes.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  Yes. It is working from 1st june to 31 august.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  No, but there is one just one block from the hotel.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  No.
• Is parking or garage available?
  You can park in the street or in a Garage 300 mts from the hotel.
• Where can we rent a car?
  At the railway station Termini (5 minutes walk). It is also possible to rent a car at Fiumicino/Ciampino Airports.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Ciampino or Fiumicino L. Da Vinci 30-35 Km.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  Yes, available on request at an extra charge.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  Lines 70 and 71 100 mts from the hotel.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  The railway station Termini is at 10 minutes walk from the Hotel.
• Which is the nearest / how far away is / how do we arrive from the underground / subway stop?
  The nearest underground stop is at the central station 10 min. walk.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No.
• Are pets welcome?
  No pets allowed.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  No, but there is one just next to the hotel's door.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  Yes, but it is necessary to set the dialing program of your computer.
