The direction to the hotel can be clearer. For example via marghera is just opposite to the Termini station. There is no need to turn right.

The room was fine with the exception that the detail outlined tea/coffe making facilities in the rooms which was not there.

Excellent value for money. Staff extremely helpful and friendly. A hotel I would recommend to a friend. If I return to Rome I will stay there again.

Redelijk goed hotel met een acceptabel Prijs/kwaliteit verhouding.
Erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel.
Cleaning van de kamer zou beter kunnen.
Als je hier doorheen kunt kijken is dit hotel een aanrader voor kort een niet al te lang verblijf.

The receptionist did an exceptionel good job and took time to explain us a lot regarding our stay in Rome.

Breakfast seemed a little poor,- occassionally the bread was from the day before and occasionally not enough coffee. Also I think real juice should be provided.

I would describe the hotel as great value for money if you don't want to spend a fortune on a more central hotel. Everything was within walking distance as well which was a real plus!

Nice hotel in Rome, no nonsense but for a weekend trip just right enough. It's position is especially good because it is near the train, metro and bus station. If you like to walk, the old sites are within walking distance as well.

The room was a double room with four beds cammed into it to make it a family room. It was too small and the facilities in it were of a very poor quality. ie. the shower was so bad as to be almost useless and there was very little hot water. The staff were notified of this but did nothing about it.

The bags were kept at the hotel on our last day before we departed to the airport. They were left in the hallway at reception. I would have preferred a secure room to be used for added security.

The lift is too small and can't take any number of passengers and luggage. Not much good when there are five in your party including small children and the lift can only take three.

The chamber and the bath were not cleaned each day.
The chair in the chamber was broken.
Breakfast was with lots of choice.
It was not this way hygienical in the breakfast room. Example: the milk pot was always completed and has never been cleaned and the dirt barge was not emptied each day.

The only problem we encountered was an unreliable device in the lavatory. This device twice poured the contents of the sanitary bowl onto the floor. But the staff fixed the device rapidly on both occasions.

I cannot really comment on the directions that you gave me because I had made arrangements with the hotel to have a taxi/shuttle to pick us up.

#9 - There was no pictures of the family room on the webste.
We all found that the 'family' room was small. Hardly any space to move and hardly any room to put your luggage.
We found the room very clean.

I would tell them not to expect a 4-5 star hotel but that it is clean and that the people are very nice. I would mentionned that the hotel is not on the main floor. I would let them know that the hotel is close to the train and bus station. I would let them know that if I was to go back to Rome, it would not bother me to stay there again.

3rd Floor Hotel.
Fortunately the elevator was in working order!

The Hotel is very well positioned but is on the third floor. Not recommended with persons with any mobility restrictions.
Dining room very small. Be prepared to wait for a table at peak times.

ON the third floor, requires walking up or a very small elevator that will hold only 3 persons(no luggage) or 2 persons with one bag each.

The first room allocated to us on arrival was approximately 1.5 metres from the reception area. This meant that for the whole of our first night (Saturday) we hardly got any sleep because of the busy reception area. The room was changed at request on the Sunday.

the breakfast room only has 4 very small tables and eight chairs, so it is really crowded. I only had breakfast once because there were no tables free.I would consider this a 2 star hotel because of this and the fact that there is a sink in the breakfast room with dirty cups in it.

The room was supposed to be double room but it was extremely small and narrow to move around. We insisted that they give us a different room which they did next day.

It certainly is not 3 star according to our experience of 3 star hotels in other cities.
