Wonderful boutique hotel with an excellent front desk staff. The Jr suite was spacious, very tasteful in decor with a nice sitting area, large modern marble bathroom with soaking tub and shower. Great rooftop terrace with an outstanding breakfast. I would definitely stay again.

We were greeted by Allesandra and Allesandro and they immediately made us feel welcome.

The rooms were extremely clean, the 7th floor dining was wonderful. The morning breakfasts on the 7th floor were great. After touring Rome during the day it was nice to be able to go the the garden area and have a drink and socialize with friends. We changed our planned hotel stay to stay at the Marcella Royal Hotel due to the reviews and we were not disappointed. The rooms were exceptional clean and sound proof.

I had lost a suitcase with the airlines, and the staff located it for me (after 4 days in Rome). Turns out it was in New York City. The staff made the arrangement to have the suitcase picked up at our home and I was able to pick it up today at the airport upon arriving home last night. Thanks to Allesandra!

The description of the 7th floor garden was better then invisioned. The sound proofing of the windows was also better then I expected.

Very nice and relaxing place, beautiful terrace with a gorgeous sunset view.
Nice restaurants in the area. We felt at home.

Staff were very welcoming and friendly, we were a little early to check-in so our bage were stored and they gave us directions for a coffee.

A very friendly welcoming hotel which lives up to its excellent reputation, it is not the cheapest hotel in Rome but you do get the quality of room and service which you pay for.

Room on 6th Floor 220 a bit dated
but that is only disappointment
Roof Top garden very nice and enjoyed drinks at night and also breakfast
Via Falvia very interesting with lots of local restaurants and shops

Very nice Hotel close to all the sites
and also bus 62 on Via Nazionale to all sites including the Vatican
would stay again in Marcella when in Rome
