• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from midday, Check Out before midday. Please let us know in advance what time you intend to check in.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  The price is per room.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  Yes, it is.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes you can.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  English, French, Spanish & German.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  In the building there are 4 floors and there is a lift.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Yes, all rooms are quiet and romantic.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  No they don't.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  No they don't.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  Yes we do.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Yes each room has TV with international channels.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  Yes there is.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  No extra charge for air conditioning.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  No we don't.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  The nearest is in a fitness center near the Parking Borghese.
• Is parking or garage available?
  The nearest parking is "Parking Borghese" 15/20 minutes from the hotel.
• Where can we rent a car?
  We can give you suggestion at the front desk.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  In Rome there are 2 airports: Fiumicino (north) and Ciampino(south)both of them about 30 km. from the hotel.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  Yes we have shuttle service and limo service.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  The nearest bus stop is on Via del Babuino.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  Termini Station (about 2 km from the hotel).
• Which is the nearest / how far away is / how do we arrive from the underground / subway stop?
  The nearest subway stop is "Spagna" on the Spanish Square - 5 minutes walk from the hotel.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No there isn't. The nearest is close to the spanish square.
• Are pets welcome?
  No they aren't.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  No there isn't.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  Yes you can.
