• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from 1pm, Check Out before 10am. Please let us know in advance what time you intend to check in.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  Rates are per room/apartment.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  Yes, in the rooms.
• Is heating included in the price?
  Yes, it is.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes, you can.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  English.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  There are five floors in the building, the B&B is on the third floor and there is an elevator.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Rooms are very quiet, private and romantic.
• Are linens and towels provided or do I need to bring my own?
  Yes, they are.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  No, they do not.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  Yes, they do.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  Yes, we do.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Rooms have a private colour TV, but the SAT-TV is on request.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  No, there is not. We have a telephone in the common area at guests' disposal which can be used only with an international card.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  Yes, there is. It is included in the price and it is seasonal.
• Is there a dining room where we could sometimes all dine together?
  Yes, there is a nice kitchen.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  No, we do not.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  No, there is not.
• Is parking or garage available?
  Not private but public parking.
• Where can we rent a car?
  Nearby you can find Hertz, Avis, etc.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  The nearest airport is "Leonardo da Vinci".
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  Yes, but only on request and there is an extra charge for it.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  Bus number 64: Crocifisso/Porta Fabbrica stop.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  St. Peter Station.
  
• Which is the nearest / how far away is / how do we arrive from the underground / subway stop?
  The nearest underground stop is "Ottaviano-S.Pietro".
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No, there is not.
• Are pets welcome?
  Sorry, but pets are not allowed.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  No, there is not.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  No, you cannot.
