Mariapaola made sure, to be at the property before our arriving to welcome us. She is really a very nice and helpful person.

There is a lack of warm water because of a too small hot water tank. If one person takes a shower, she must hurry. A second one will have no hot water anymore for a longer period.
Dishes weren't very clean. Some pans should be replaced.
Very close to the center and a subway station. Very quiet. In a very urban italian quarter still 'living'. Good restaurant opportunities; good foodshop/store not to far from appartment. In walking distance of many famous places.

6 stories to walk up to reach the appartment. You should be fit, but it's a good exercise....

if you want to spend your stay in a quite small and sympatic appartment in the middle of a very quiet part of still very italian Rome, looking over the roofs, and you are still going strong, you should choose this appartment!

very good, quiet, clean and well managed. The climb up the stairs is hard work, but the website told me this. Worth it for the lovely little balcony. very nice and private. good value, and ideal for a one-person stay.Excellent location for travel and shops, cinemas and so on.
