- At what time can we check-in and out?
All accommodations, Check In from 2pm until 7.30pm, Check Out before 10am. Please let us know in advance what time you intend to check in. - Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
The price is per apartment. - Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
Breakfast is not included. However, there are several kinds of tea and coffee free at your disposal. - Is heating included in the price?
Yes, for the first 15 days of the stay. For more than 15 days, there is an extra daily charge to be paid due to electricity and gas expenses. - Can we settle the bill on arrival?
Yes, payment is at your arrival. - Which languages are spoken at the reception?
Italian, English and a little bit of Spanish. - How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
There are 5 floors and no elevator. - Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
The rooms are very quiet and bright, with a modern and colourful furniture. The terrace... that's very romantic! - Are linens and towels provided or do I need to bring my own?
Linens, towels and cleaning of the apartment are all included in the price (change of linen/towels and cleaning of the apartment will be once a week). - Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
May's Flower has a very big terrace on the top and a smaller one in front of the kitchen. Cyclamen has a balcony. - Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?

Non smokers are preferred. - Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
There is a TV, but no satellite channels. - Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
There is no telephone. - Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
Yes, there is air conditioning and is included in the price for stays up to 15 day (for stays of more than 15 days there is a daily extra charge). - Is there a dining room where we could sometimes all dine together?
Yes. However, the one of Cyclamen is very small. - Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
No, but there are hundreds down the street. - Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
No. Probably in the surroundings, but don't know exactly where. - Is parking or garage available?
We do not have a private garage, but there's one right next to the apartments, in Via Leonina (in front of the underground station Cavour). - Where can we rent a car?
I think in Via Cavour there are some. - Which is the nearest airport?
Fiumicino Airport. - Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
No. - Which is the nearest bus-stop?
With the line 75 the stop is Cavour. - Which is the nearest railway station?
Termini train station. - Which is the nearest / how far away is / how do we arrive from the underground / subway stop?
The nearest subway stop is Cavour. It's 30 seconds walking. Please see the paragraph How To Reach Us. - Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
No. - Are pets welcome?
No. - Is there a restaurant in the Property?
No. - Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
No.
