 Both the apartments are equipped with the main modern facilities, such as emergency lights. There are independent heating and air conditioning system, washing machine and clothes dryer. We also put at your disposal an iron with ironing board. Please note that there is no lift to reach the apartments.
There is also a television. The kitchens are equipped with all the utensils, fridge and microwave oven. In the bathrooms there is a hairdryer.
At your arrival, you'll find a free copy of a newspaper in your apartment. For the most demanding ones, a small bar is at your disposal. Cleaning and change of linen/towels will be once a week.
The owner speaks Italian, English and Spanish, and is looking forward to welcoming you in this beautiful city. |

The monuments nearby and at walking distance are many: Foro Romano, Colosseo, Domus Aurea, S.Pietro in Vincoli, Foro Traiano, Terme di Tito o Traiano, Palazzo Rospigliosi, Giovanni in Laterano (basilica), S.Maria Maggiore (basilica), San Clemente (Chiesa), SS.Quattro Coronati (chiesa), Piazza Venezia (Altare della Patria).
All these places can be easily reached on foot; however, as it is a very well connected area, you can decide to take the underground or buses. |
