The location was excellent and much better than we expected. The apartments were very comfortable with all necessary utilities. Mr. Magrini was a wonderful host and made sure we feel absolutely comfortable.
I am sure we will use this accommodation in our future visits to Rome as well. Thank you for all of your support.

I am not sure if tourist can actually realize from the website how excellent the location is. I think you could also advertise that there are a number of Internet clubs in immediate proximity to the cappellari apartments.
I guess it could also be advertised that although these are not service apartment, one can purchase anything they might need for breakfast or dinner around the flat, if they decide to stay in.

The best location you can think of, very well organised accommodation with absolutely no painful interference on behalf of the landlord; safe, clean and friendly with constantly running hot water.

I did not use the online directions, but assume they were good since everything else was! And since there was no receptionist at the apartment, I will say that Massimo Magrini was very helpful and kind.

Nice little apartement, mainely just suitebal for sleeping

Very good location,just in the center of Rome, Campo di Fiori. In a very funny and tipical place. The apartment wasn't noisy because the windows were over a charming interior yard. The surronding of the main door is a little dirty but the interior of the building is ok. The sofa bed is not very confortable

It is a nice studio or apartment in an old building, very spacious for 2 or 3 people. The floor is of made of ceramic tiles. There are one bed and and sofa bed. A bathroom and a kitchen, which is perfectly fitted

Owner was not helpful with ladies luggage, he could see them struggling down cobblestone alley and up stairs, yet ignored them.

Taxi was arranged from the airport so we did not have to follow directions to arrive there.

Facility was an apartment, so staff were not on site.

Fabulous location. Lots of space, clean and kitchen was very useful. Noise outside until late at night, but if you close the window it is easy to sleep.

The apartment was great especially the location we only had two things we didn't like: the mattress was quite worn out/soft and should be renewed. The bathroom was very small and the water pressure in the shower was very low. Toilet was halfway under the wash basin so you had to sit sideways on it ...a bit strange.

Good location in the heart of the historic district. If you go in summer, you will need air conditioning. Mr. Magrini provided one for us even though it was not stated on the website. We were pleasantly surprised.

Location is excellent but in a small alley with at night a lot of noise from a bar close by, with some youth hanging around in the alley. In the morning there is a lot of noise from people that build up the market at Campo del Fiore,

I can't recall everything the website stated, but the location was excellent. It seemed to be centrally located to everything we had planned.

The apartment was perfect and in a fantastic
location. My only complaint is that I wasn't
informed that the courtyard of the apartment
was being renovated and the builders started
work at 6 or 7am every morning which was very
annoying.
Also a washing machine and/or clothes line
to hang washed clothes would be a great
improvement
