Apartments Sabelli: Apartments Sabelli are situated in Via dei Sabelli 39 at about 800 metres from Termini station, 10 minutes by bus from Colosseum. Two important roman Gates are located here. Tiburtina Gate, from which begins the ancient Tiburtina road and Porta Maggiore Gate from which starts Casilina and Prenestina roads. Several roman aqueducs joined to this last monumental Gate. The romanic San Lorenzo Basilica, with its large Verano Square, have been damaged in the 1942, during the 2nd world war. Inside this church, the Emperor Costantino acknowledge the importance of Catholic religion during the Roman Empire.
Apartments Cappellari: Apartments Cappellari are situated in Via dei Cappellari 35 at about 20 metres from Campo de' Fiori, 30 metres from piazza Farnese and 150 metres from piazza Navona in the heart of ancient Rome. The real name is Rione Regola. Many streets in this area take their names from the different handcraftmen who had shops here. Cappellari means people who make hats. Just around Campo de' Fiori are placed many historical monuments, the sacral zone in Largo Argentina, Palazzo della Cancelleria, Palazzo Farnese, Piazza Navona, the Monte Pietà Chapel, San Pietro in Vincoli and the Pantheon. |

By Car: coming from the North or the south: follow the Highway Rome-Florence or the Highway Naple-Rome, take the gate Rome est and then follow the motorway signs for the center of the city(s.Giovanni), the apartment is in the center of Rome, really close to the termini station. Remember, You cannot enter in in s.Lorenzo area with your car from 8.00 pm to 3.00 am because is pedastrian area.
By Air: Ciampino Airport and Fiumicino Airport, in Rome, are at 40 km from the apartment. every 20 minutes there's a train service (fiumicino) or a bus service (ciampino) connecting with Termini Railway Station
By Train: the nearest railway station is Roma Termini. It is at about 10 minutes from the apartment. From Termini Railway Station the apartments can be easily reached by taxi in 5 minutes. From Termini railway station you arrive walking (800 metres) or the taxi.
Cappellari
By Car: coming from the North or the south: follow the Highway Rome-Florence or the Highway Naple-Rome, take the gate Rome est and then follow the motorway signs for the center of the city (s.Giovanni), the apartment is in the historic center of Rome, really close to the Navona Square. Remember, You cannot enter in historic center with your car till 6.00 pm and you cannot park inside the historic centre.
By Air: Ciampino Airport and Fiumicino Airport, in Rome, are at 40 km from the apartment. every 20 minutes there's a train service (fiumicino) or a bus service (Ciampino) connecting with Termini Railway Station
By Train: the nearest railway station is Roma Termini. It is at about 10 minutes from the apartment.From Termini Railway Station the apartments can be easily reached by taxi in 10 minutes.
By Bus: from Termini railway station you can take the bus n° 64 (about 15 minutes) to "corso vittorio emanuele" (stop: Navona - Campo dei fiori ). |
