  Yes, heating is included in the price.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes, if you want.

  Italian, English and Spanish.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  Sabelli: The apartments are 2 at 1° floor, one at 2° floor and one at 3° floors and there isn't a lift.
  Cappellari: The apartments are at 1° floor, no lift.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Cappellari: The area is very lively until 4 am but the apartments are romantic and private.
  Sabelli: the area is normally plenty of people until 2 am but it is very safe and the apartments are very private.
• Are linens and towels provided or do I need to bring my own?
  Linen and towels are provided.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  No, there are not.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  No, there are not.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  No, people can smoke.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  There is a TV without satellite.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  No, there is not.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  Yes, there is air conditioning upon an extra charge.
• Is there a dining room where we could sometimes all dine together?
  Yes, in every apartment.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  No, this service is not available.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  No, there is not.
• Is parking or garage available?
  No, but there are 2 parkings near the apartments.
• Where can we rent a car?
  At the central station.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Fiumicino Airport (Rome).
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  Yes, but this service has an extra charge.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  Sabelli: 50 meters away.
  Cappellari: 100 meters away.

  Termini (main station) Railway station.
• Which is the nearest / how far away is / how do we arrive from the underground / subway stop?
  Cappellari: The nearest Subway station is Barberini Metro A. but it's better the bus, There is the bus N° 64 that goes there from the apartment. Sabelli: The nearest Subway station is piazza vittorio About 400 mt from the apartment. There is the bus N° 71 or 3 (tram) that goes there from the apartment.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No, there is not.
• Are pets welcome?
  No, pets are not welcome.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  No, but there are many differents restaurants nearby.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  No, you cannot.
