• At what time can we check-in and out?
  Check-out is 11 am.
  Check-in is 24 h.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  The price is listed per room.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  Breakfast is included in the price;
  Type of breakfast: continental breakfast: hot drinks, toasted bread & butter, croissants and orange juice.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Is recommended to set the bill a day before the the departure.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  Italian and English.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  We are situated on the 2nd floor and there is an elevator.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Very quiet rooms facing an inner courtyard. For those romantic guests is available a cozy and charming suite.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  Sorry we don't have a terrace/courtyard.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  Sorry we don't have balconies.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  The rooms are no smoking.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  All rooms have TV, no international channels.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  All rooms have telephones with direct dialling.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  All rooms have a digital climate control.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  We don't have internet access.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  We don't have a swimmming pool. The beach is at an hour by train distance.
• Is parking or garage available?
  Garage just behind the hotel; Special hotel's guests parking cost vary between 23 to 30 euro per day depending on the car size.
• Where can we rent a car?
  The are a couple of "rent a car" shops in the hotel neighbourhood.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Both Rome airports are at only 30/40 min. by train or airport shuttle.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  We can organize the pickup or shuttle service from/to the airport. The cost is 45 euro per car or 15 euro per person.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  The nearest bus stop is right in front of the hotel.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  The nearest train station is the central station of Rome which is called Termini.
• Which is the nearest / how far away is / how do we arrive from the underground / subway stop?
  The nearest Metro stop is on "Line A- Reppubblica" and is located at 2 min. walking distance.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  Sorry we don't have a fitness centre in our property.
• Are pets welcome?
  Sorry, pets are not allowed.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  Sorry we don't have a restaurant on site but plenity in the area.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  Sorry we don't have a modem/internet connection.
