| Included/Not Included In The Price | |
| Rome city tax (which applies to stays on or after 1 January 2011) is not included in the price: EUR 2,00 per person, per night (up to 10 nights) will be charged and collected directly at the front desk. The tax does not apply to children under 10 years of age. Shuttle service to the Ciampino airport is not included and costs EUR 50,00 per car (max. 4 people). The shuttle service to the Fiumicino airport is not included and costs EUR 45,00 per car (max. 4 people). The price may vary. All children under 3 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding or cots. Only 1 cot per room can be requested. Pets are not allowed. |

| Cancellation Policy | |
In caso di cancellazione fino a 3 giorni prima dell'arrivo verrą trattenuta la prima notte. Da 3 giorni fino all'arrivo verrą trattenuta 30%. Si informa che deve essere comunicato l'orario di arrivo per garantire il check-in. In case of cancellation up to 3 days prior to arrival we will charge the first night. From 3 days prior until arrival day we will charge 30%. Please note that you need to communicate your arrival time in order to have a smooth check-in.
You may cancel your reservation without penalty up until 120 hours before your arrival date. It is not possible to cancel your reservation if you selected and booked a room indicated as "PREPAID/NOT REFUNDABLE" |
