We stayed one night in a new room upstairs and it was really beautiful! The room was new and good hotel standard. Staff was really friedly. ... We already recommended the B&B to a friend. Very good location!

The coffee machine in the breakfast room is of bad quality. Fresh croissants would be nice. ... recommandable - quiet, clean, newly furnished; station nearby, good walking distance to the city center

The room we had (room 7) was quiet and cool. There is some building work going on at the front of the block but we didn't hear any noise at the time we stayed there. ... This is a great base to use for visiting Rome, it's 5 minutes from the Train Station and on the main bus and tour bus routes. There are also some great little places to eat nearby.

Very clean rooms although quite small for 4 people. Staff was extrememly helpful and courteous. ... The credit card machine was not working. ... Very clean, friendly english speaking staff but the room was very small for 4 people. The breakfast was adequate.

Light, bright, newly furnished, good location, friendly staff, competitive price for Rome, much cheaper then staying in a Rome Hotel of comparable quality.

Very clean and comfortable room/bathroom. Great location for train and walking distance to all sights. Very poor breakfast (even for Italy) - only one prepackaged croissant and one prepackaged miniature toast per person. ... Easy check out if you have to leave early - just left the key in the room.

the credit card machine wasn't working and i had to go to a bank to get money out - not a major problem, but it was very inconvenient ... very nice B&B, great starting point for exploring all of the centre of Rome, very friendly staff and very clean

Small, clean B&B just for our purposes. ... All what we needed. ... In the heart of the city, quiet place in the middle of hot and hectic area.

The property was inside a building with a very small intercom on the door, at the same time all around was 5 streets lined with Hotels with prominent signages.
So some indication on the directions to look for a normal building and use intercom would be more helpful. ... Nice hidden hotel in the heart of rome, very close to the Central Train station. With lots of fast food choices. Good for tourist.

A/C was very noisy and did not work to well at all. ... Were able to stay an hour later, which was very helpful. ... Yes, the church bells ourside ring every 15mins starting at 7:00sm every morning. Is a bit annoying. ... Good.

Our plane was very late and it was difficult to communicate with the person at the B&B to let them know we would be late and what to do about it. We were finally able to ask a Italian girl to speak to them and there was no problem. ... It was very small but reading information about general accomodations in Europe we expected this. ... We had to pay cash which we did not expect. The VISA machine was not 'working'. We got the impression that it could have been on purpose to avoid having to deal with visa ... Adequate, Not what one would expect in the states but if one reads generally about what to expect in foreign countries the accomdations were charming.

Very difficul to find. address is confusing. The building entrance was encased in scaffoling, only a small sign identified the B&B. ... The refrigerator did not work. The in room safe would not work. Rooms are miniscule albiet clean. ... Sonny, the manager was very helpful in getting transportation to the airport. ... Building entrance was dark, stairway to the second floor was always dark. No elevator to 2nd floor. ... Keep looking there has to be something better.

Giuliano was very warm and welcoming and responsive when we had questions. ... The room was very nice with a new appearance, and a comfortable bed. The bath was also very new, and well appointed, but the shower was very small and hard to use without bumping into the glass (you could not bend over in it). The windows have double-paned glass, which is good, because the city is noisy. There was quite a bit of noise from the German Beer Garden in the alley, but we know this is beyond the control of the B&B. Not a place to stay if you want to sleep with the window open (noise/mosquitos). ... It would be helpful to be able to use a credit card instead of cash. ... One negative- We had some problems with the hot water, and once we notified Giuliano, he was distressed and got right on it, but it wasn't really resolved while we were there. ... Very well located to transportation and the ancient center of Rome. The nicest B&B room we have ever stayed in, looks as though a lot of care was put into it. I would stay there again - but bring a mosquito net and earplugs if you want to sleep with the window open.

Great location - wake to church bells. Easy walking distance to Collesium. Rome's best pizza and ice cream places just down the street. ... Recommend it.

Although Piazza Santa Maggiore was easy to find, the actual B&B was really hidden away. I realised it was unlikely to have a big flashing sign outside but it was actually a small name within a panel of other businesses next to a non-descript door. I only found it after ringing the hotel on my mobile and asking the manager to talk me towards my destination.
