• At what time can we check-in and out?
  Check-in: from midday.
  Check-out: before 11.30 am.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  The price is per room per night.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  Taxes and buffet breakfast are included in the price.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  English, Spanish and French.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  We have five floors, with lift.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Private and romantic rooms, also quiet.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  We have a roof garden on the 5th floor.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  No, some with bow-window.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  Yes, no smoking room available.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Yes, satellite TV in all rooms.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  Yes, direct telephone line in all rooms.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  Yes, air conditioning is included in the price.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  Yes, we have it.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  No.
• Is parking or garage available?
  Yes, parking available.
• Where can we rent a car?
  At Fiumicino airport or at Termini railway station.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Fiumicino International Airport Leonardo da Vinci.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  Yes, shuttle service available.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  Piazza San Silvestro (just 20 metres).
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  Termini Station.
• Which is the nearest / how far away is / how do we arrive from the underground / subway stop?
  Line A "Piazza di Spagna" stop is just at 50 metres.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No.
• Are pets welcome?
  No, sorry pets not allowed.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  No.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  Yes, you can connect with the telephone line.
