• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from 2pm, Check Out before 11am.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  Our prices are per accommodation per day.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  Yes, our continental breakfast with cereals, fruits, bread, yogurts, croissants, honey and jams is included in the price.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes, as you prefer.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  English, Spanish and Italian.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  The whole building has six floors, but the Hotel spread out only the first three ones. Yes, we have an elevator.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Yes, we have superior very quiet and romantic rooms often reserved for honeymoons.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  No, they do not.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  No, they do not.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  Yes, we have non-smoking rooms, too.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Yes, every room is provided with TV with international channels such as CNN.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  Yes, all rooms have a direct dialling telephone.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  Yes, we have air conditioning in all rooms and there is no extra charge for this service. It usually works from April-May to September.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  No, we have not, but you can surf Internet from your room with your own laptop.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  No, there is not.
• Is parking or garage available?
  We have not a private parking, but there is one available close to the Hotel. Its cost is from Euro 15,00 to 25,00 per day according to the car range.
• Where can we rent a car?
  There is a rental car near the parking, 200 metres far away.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  The nearest airport is Fiumicino, which is about 30 Km far away the hotel.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  On request we can provide a taxi service at Euro 44,00 for a 4 persons car and at Euro 65,00 for a van (max. 6 persons)
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  The nearest bus-stop is 20 metres far away the hotel.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  The nearest railway station is 100 metres far away the hotel.
• Which is the nearest / how far away is / how do we arrive from the underground / subway stop?
  The nearest undeground stop is Repubblica, 100 metres far away from the Luxor. This line let you reach all the most interesting places of Rome as the Spanish Steps, San Pietro and the Colosseum.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No, there is not.
• Are pets welcome?
  On request little pets are welcome.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  No, there is not.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  Yes, you can with your own laptop.
