• At what time can we check-in and out?
  Check In from 1pm, Check Out before 10.30am.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  The price is per apartment.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  No, unfortunately it is not included but there is a fully equipped kitchen at your disposal to prepare delicious breakfast and meals.
• Is heating included in the price?
  Yes, it is included.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes, you may settle the bill on arrival.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  Italian and English are spoken.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  Yes, in there building there is an elevator but tere is no need to take it because our apartment is at the first floor which menas only 7 stairs to be "climbed".
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  All the apartment is quiet and romantic, the district too especially lungotevere.
• Are linens and towels provided or do I need to bring my own?
  Yes,linen and towels are prvided as well as shampoo, salt olive oiland so on.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  No,it has not but there are big windows giving lights to all the apartment.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  No,unfortunately not but it has a beautifull and big window.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  No, we have not, sorry about it.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Yes, there is a nice and new tv with free satellite channels.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  No, unfortunately in the apartment there is no telephone line at the moment.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  No, in this apartment there s no air conditioning because it is usually not hot inside it, walls are thick.
• Is there a dining room where we could sometimes all dine together?
  Yes, there is a fully equipped kitchen where You can prepare all the meal and there is a big table more than enough bor 4 persons.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  No, but there are a a fews in the district.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  No, there is not but Ican tell You where You can find the nearest one.
• Is parking or garage available?
  No, but it is not difficoult to pack here and it is absolutely safe.
• Where can we rent a car?
  The nearest place should be only 300mts.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Rome Ciampino is the closest airport.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  Yes, I have, and it is a very good service.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  The nearest one is in via del Vignola that isvery very close, only 100mts.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  The nearest on e is in Piazzale Flaminio, the other one is in Termini.
• Which is the nearest / how far away is / how do we arrive from the underground / subway stop?
  You just have to cross Ponte Duca and take the bus 32 from the subway station.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No, not in the property but for sure we could provide you some addresses.
• Are pets welcome?
  Yes, but only after contacting the owner.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  No, but there are restaurants al around.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  No, this is not possible for the moment
