• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In any time, Check Out any time. Please let us know in advance what time you intend to check in.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  Prices are per room, and include tax, service, and breakfast.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  Breakfast is included in the price of the room. We have coffee and espresso coffees (including cappuccino, coffee, milk and mocha), hot chocolate, hot tea and fresh fruit juices, croissants.
• Is heating included in the price?
  Temperature controlled heating are included in the price.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes, you can.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  We speak English, Spanish, French.
  
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  Our rooms are on fourth floors. There is a lift.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Yes, most of our rooms are off the street and very quiet. The general ambience of the B&B is private and intimate.
• Are linens and towels provided or do I need to bring my own?
  We provide crisp linens and fluffy terry towels (shower and face towels). We also provide shampoo, conditioner and bath gel.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  No, there is not.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  No, there is not.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  Yes, we have.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Yes, we have a TV in each room.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  No, there is not.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  No, there is not.
• Is there a dining room where we could sometimes all dine together?
  No, there is not.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  Yes, we have.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  No, there is not.
• Is parking or garage available?
  Yes, there is.
• Where can we rent a car?
  Nearby the B&B.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  There are two airports in Rome: Leonardo da Vinci (Fiumicino) and Ciampino. Both are about 30 km from the center of Rome and so from the B&B.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  Yes, we can provide this service.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  San Giovanni Hospital is the nearest bus-stop.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  Termini, Tuscolana, Ostiense are all at the same distance from us.
• Which is the nearest / how far away is / how do we arrive from the underground / subway stop?
  San Giovanni and Colosseo are the two nearest subway stop.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  There is a gym nearby the B&B. They do allow daily visitors for a small fee.
• Are pets welcome?
  No, we do not accept pets.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  No, there is not.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  No, you can not.
