- At what time can we check-in and out?
All accommodations, Check In from 3pm, Check Out before 11am. - Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
Prices are per room, per night. - Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
Breakfast is included in the price of the room. We have a generous buffet with traditional desserts that are home made by the hostess, fresh fruit, yoghurt, bread, butter and jam. We also provide filtered coffee and espresso coffees (including cappuccino, caffe-latte and moka), hot chocolate, hot tea and fresh fruit juices, corn-flakes. - Can we settle the bill on arrival?
Yes, you can. - Which languages are spoken at the reception?
We speak English and Italian. - How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
We have rooms on the ground, first and second floors. There is no lift. - Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
Yes, our twenty rooms are all surrounded by the private park and garden of the villa and they are very quiet. The general ambience of the hotel is private and intimate. The rooms overlook the wonderful panorama of Rome and Castelli Romani. - Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
5 rooms have a direct access to the garden, 6 rooms have a balcony. If you prefer a room with balcony or garden access please make your booking enquiring this facility. - Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?

We provide a TV in all rooms, but there are not international channels. - Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
No. - Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?

Yes, there is an internet point. - Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?

Yes, there is a big parking, free of charge. - Where can we rent a car?
It is possible to rent a car at the reception. - Are there grocery stores or supermarkets in the surroundings?
Yes, only 2 km away. - Which is the nearest airport?
The nearest airport is Ciampino, only 10 km away. - Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
We have a shuttle service upon request. - Which is the nearest bus-stop?
In front of the Hotel. - Which is the nearest railway station?
The nearest station is Frascati or Tor Vergata, 2 km away from the hotel. Our shuttle service from Frascati Station or Tor Vergata Station is free of charge. - Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
