Excellent location to Metro, Trevi etc. Room clean, large, excellent facilities. Staff was extremely helpful and friendly. We travelled with two children (6 and 2), staff very friendly and accomodating to children.

Arriving with luggage one faces some to steps up the staircase before facing the reception - who would be happy to call a porter to help.

Friendly hotel close to the fashion and dining streets. A bit out of of the way for the most famous historical sites. To move around the town it's best to ask the reception to call a taxi and direct the driver.

Garaging made very easy by staff. Informative about the hotel,breakfast and map of Rome and sights to see.

Our bathroom door did not close - our 20 year old daughter was travelling with us so I was annoyed about this. The breakfast area was too small(esp. where food and coffee is served) when a tour bus group arrived.Some staff more helpful with general information than others.

Great location. Clean and spacious rooms. We had a very quiet room which helped after a long day.Would stay there again.

At the time of the visit their wireless internet was not operational but I was permitted to use their computer to check e-mail
