• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from midday, Check Out before midday.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  The quoted prices are per room, per night.
  
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  The generous american buffet breakfast is included in the daily room rate.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes, you can. However, if you settle the bill on departure day upon check-out, eventual extras will be included with room charges, too.
  
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  Multilingual staff speaking Italian, English, Spanish, French
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  Hotel Ludovisi Palace has 6 floors which can all be reached by two elevators.
  
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  All rooms are rather quiet and private. However you can specifically require internal rooms facing the in-courtyard of the hotel.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  No, they do not.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  Yes, they do. The rooms on the 6th floors are provided with a small balcony.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  Yes, we do.We have two floors with no smoking rooms. In case you should prefer a non smoking room please advise us.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Yes, all rooms are equipped with satellite TV.
  
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  All rooms are equipped with direct-dial telephones.
  
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  All rooms are air-conditioned, this is included in the daily room rate. Air conditioning is switched on from mid. June to mid. September, depending on weather conditions.
  
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  No, we do not.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  No, there is not.
• Is parking or garage available?
  Upon arrival we will indicate you a garage in 5 minutes walking distance from the hotel. The daily rate depends on the size of the car.
  
• Where can we rent a car?
  Cars can be rented at the main railways station "Termini" which is within 5 minutes walking distance from our hotel. At the Termini station you will find the offices of the most important car rental agencies , or you can rent a car near the Villa Borghese car, 5 minutes walking distance.
  
• Which is the nearest airport?
  There are two airports in Rome: Leonardo da Vinci (Fiumicino) and Ciampino. Both are about 30 km from the centre of Rome but "Fiumicino Leonardo da Vinci" airport is connected by a direct shuttle train, (Leonardo Express), with the main railway station "Termini".
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  Yes, we do. Transfers by private car to and from both airports can be arranged on request. Rates depend on the number of people.
  
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  Hotel Ludovisi is located in 5 minutes walking distance from Via Veneto, where you can find many bus-lines.
  
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  Hotel Ludovisi Palace is located in 5 minutes by taxi from Rome main railway station Termini.
• Which is the nearest / how far away is / how do we arrive from the underground / subway stop?
  The nearest subway stop is "Barberini"(Red line).
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No, but not far from the hotel, inside Villa Borghese, there is a very well equipped fitness centre, with a beauty centre, too.
• Are pets welcome?
  Yes, they are.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  No, we only serve breakfast. However with great pleasure we will recommend you various nice restaurants, trattorias and pizzerias in the vicinity of our hotel.
  
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  Yes, you can.
