• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from midday, Check Out before 11am. Please let us know in advance what time you intend to check in.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  The price is per room.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  Breakfast is included in the price and we serve continental breakfast.
• Is heating included in the price?
  Yes, heating is included in the price.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Payment is required upon arrival. Although we accept credit card and it is required to guarntee the room, we prefer cash upon check-in.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  English, Italian.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  In the building there are five floors and we have the lift.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  All the rooms are quiet and private. Double paned windows ensure a nice, quiet sleep. We guarantee a home away from home where you can take the room key with you without worrying about a curfew.
• Are linens and towels provided or do I need to bring my own?
  Linens and towels are provided and changed any three days.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  No, the rooms do not have a courtyard.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  Yes, the rooms have a balcony.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  Yes, we have only no smoking rooms.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Yes, there is a TV and DVD.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  No, there is no direct telephone.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  Yes, airconditioning is included in the price.
• Is there a dining room where we could sometimes all dine together?
  Yes, there is a common dining room.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  Yes, we do have an Internet point.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  No, there is no swimming pool.
• Is parking or garage available?
  Yes, there are in the range af 100 meters three parking at payment and two free parking.
• Where can we rent a car?
  You may rent a car at 500 meters there is a rental agency.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Fiumicino is the closest airport.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  No, we do not have a shuttle service.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  There is a tram number 8.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  Roma Trastevere is the closest railway station.
• Which is the nearest / how far away is / how do we arrive from the underground / subway stop?
  Marconi 3 km. you can reach it with bus 791.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No, there is no fitness center.
• Are pets welcome?
  Little size pets are allowed.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  No, there is no restaurant in the property.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  Yes, we have a wireless connection.
