• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from 1pm, Check Out before midday.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  Rate is per room per night.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  Full continental buffet breakfats is included in rates.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  The Hotel is at complet guest disposal.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  English, French, Spanish..
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  6 floors - 2 elevators.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Some of our junior suites overlook the ancient ruins of Sallustio's garden, and the town, splendid in the night time.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  One Suite.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  Some of our rooms have balcony some other terrace.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  Guests can require no smoking rooms.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  All our rooms are equipped with satellite tv, direct dial telephone.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  Guests have to dial "0" to have the outside line.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  In summer there's air conditioning .
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  There's an Internet Corner at guests disposal.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  No, but is at a short walk from the Hotel.
• Is parking or garage available?
  The Hotel can provide an indoor carpark for his guests.
• Where can we rent a car?
  Car rental as well as bike and scooter rentals are at 100 meters from the hotel.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  By train 30 minutes, (25 km)Fiumicino Airport.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  On request we can arrange transfer to/from the airport.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  Via Piave, Via XX Settembre (50 m.).
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  Termini station is at about 1500 meters from the Hotel.
• Which is the nearest / how far away is / how do we arrive from the underground / subway stop?
  Termini, Repubblica, Barberini.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No.
• Are pets welcome?
  No.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  Snack-service always available.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  Yes.
