• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from midday, Check Out before 11am.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  The price is per room, including continental breakfast with typical products, service, taxes, towels, bed linen and daily cleaning.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  Breakfast is included in the service. It is made of typical products of the area (bread, biscuits and cakes) accompanied by coffee, milk, teas, fuit juices, ham, butter and nutella.
• Is heating included in the price?
  Heating is included in the price.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Payment is required upon arrival in cash modality.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  English and Spanish.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  The apartment is at the first floor of a building made of 2 floors. The antrance is directly on the street and there is a short stair to get in the rooms.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Both our rooms are nice and romantic. The "piazzetta" has a wonderfull view and it is more quite. The "loggetta" is bigger and it faces the central alley.
  
• Are linens and towels provided or do I need to bring my own?
  Linen and towels are provided.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  Both our rooms have two windows.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  The living-room has a balcony overlooking a nice romantic view.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  It is not allowed to smoke in any part of our b&b.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Instead of TV, you will find books and magazines to relax.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  There is not a telephone line in the apartment.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  There is not air conditioning, because it is not necessary since we are at 750 mt above see level.
• Is there a dining room where we could sometimes all dine together?
  In our living room (breakfast room) it is possible to use the microwave to heat meals and dine.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  In the Property it is not possible to use internet. There are two Internet/E-Mail points near the b&b.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  There is a swwimming pool, open from may to september, about 10 minutes from our b&b.
• Is parking or garage available?
  There are public parking sites, some payable and some free, in a distance that goes from 10 meters up to 200 metes from our b&b.
• Where can we rent a car?
  At Ciampino Airport (10 km from our b&b) it is possible to rent a car.
• Are there grocery stores or supermarkets in the surroundings?
  We are located in the center of the town, where there are many grocery shops, bread shops and supermarkets.
  There is an open air market every friday, where you can buy fresh vegetables and fruits, clothes or simply breath the funny atmosphere, overlooking a wonderfull view.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Ciampino airport is at 10 km from our b&b.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  No, we don't have a shuttle service.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  At 5 walking minutes there is the bus stop to get Rome Anagnina.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  There nearest railway station is in Frascati, at 5 km.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No, there is no fitness center.
• Are pets welcome?
  No, pets are not allowed.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  No. There is a good restaurant in the same building and many others very near.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  No, we do not have modem connection.
