• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from midday, Check Out before 10am. Please let us know in advance what time you intend to check in.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  Prices are per room.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  Yes, breakfast is included in the price.
• Is heating included in the price?
  Yes, heating is included.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes, as you prefer.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  French, English and Spanish.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  We are on the sixth floor and we have a lift.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  The rooms in Largo S.Alfonso are quiet, the others in Largo Brancaccio are in a square.
• Are linens and towels provided or do I need to bring my own?
  Yes, linens and towels are included.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  We have internal courtyard, every room has window, some have balcony.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  Some have balcony.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  All of our rooms are non smoking.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  On request we provide television at extra charge.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  No, there is not.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  Air condition is on demand.
• Is there a dining room where we could sometimes all dine together?
  Yes, we have a dining room.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  Free internet access is provided.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  No, there is not.
• Is parking or garage available?
  Yes, there is a paying parking nearby.
• Where can we rent a car?
  At the Fiumicino Airport or the Ciampino Airport and at the Termini railway station.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  The nearest airport is Fiumicino Airport (Leonardo Da Vinci)in Rome.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  Yes we can arrange it for you.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  The nearest bus-stop is in Piazza Santa Maria Maggiore.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  Termini railway station.
• Which is the nearest / how far away is / how do we arrive from the underground / subway stop?
  The nearest subway stop is "Vittorio Emanuele", red line (A)at 100 m.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No, there is not.
• Are pets welcome?
  Yes, they are.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  No, there is not but the area is plenty of restaurants.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  No, you can not.
