Rome city tax (which applies to stays on or after 1 January 2011) is not included in the price: EUR 2,00 per person, per night (up to 10 nights) will be charged and collected directly at the front desk. The tax does not apply to children under 10 years of age. Baby cots are included in the price. Pets are welcome for free. Breakfast is included in the price.

| Cancellation Policy | |
In caso di cancellazione oltre i termini o di mancata presentazione verrą trattenuta la prima notte o 50% dell'intero importo con un soggiorno pił di una notte. Si informa che deve essere comunicato l'orario di arrivo per garantire il check-in. In case of no show or late cancellation one night will be charged on your credit card or 50% of total amount if you stay more than 1 night. Please note that you need to communicate your arrival time in order to have a smooth check-in.
You may cancel your reservation without penalty up until 72 hours before your arrival date. It is not possible to cancel your reservation if you selected and booked a room indicated as "PREPAID/NOT REFUNDABLE" |
