  All accommodations, Check In any time, Check Out any time.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  Per room.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  Buffet breakfast included in the price.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  Italian, English and Spanish.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  The B&B is in the attic of the building, 3rd floor with elevator.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Both bedrooms are very romantic and quiet.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  The attic has a terrace, called "Terrazza del Glicine".
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  Yes, both suites have a balcony.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  Only non smoking rooms. You may smoke on the terrace.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Yes, satellite TV.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  Yes.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  Air conditioning in all rooms at no extra charge.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  No.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  No.
• Is parking or garage available?
  A garage, very close to the B&B, with car valet.
• Where can we rent a car?
  We will be glad to rent a car for you.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Fiumicino Airport.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  On request, extra charge.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  Via del Babbuino, bus number 117 and 119.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  Termini Station.
• Which is the nearest / how far away is / how do we arrive from the underground / subway stop?
  Piazza di Spagna stop, metro line A (100m away)
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No.
• Are pets welcome?

• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  No.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  No.
