• At what time can we check-in and out?
  Check In from 1pm, Check Out before 11am.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  Prices are per room.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  Yes, a continental breakfast is included.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Of course you can.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  English and Italian.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  The Hotel is all on one floor. The property is equipped with one lift.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  There are Superior rooms wich are particulary quiet and romatic rooms because each of these has a flowering terrace.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  All Superior rooms have very nice flowering terraces.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  Almost all rooms have balconies: Flowering terraces in any Superior room and semi-circular little balconies in the Standard ones.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  We do not have non smoking rooms. However we can try to give you a room where nobody has smoked.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Yes there is a Satellite TV in each room.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  Yes, there is a direct dialling telephone in every room.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  Yes, all the rooms have remote controlled air conditioning and it is included in the room rate. For anyone who doesn't like too much air conditioning, there is a ceiling fan in each room.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  In every room there is a permanently ADSL Internet connection. It is possible also to borrow a laptop pc free of any charge. Ask at the reception for further information.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  No, there is not.
• Is parking or garage available?
  There is not a Hotel Garage. However, nearby the hotel there is a garage which offers a car pick up and drop off service on request.
• Where can we rent a car?
  You can rent a car in several places here around, ask at the reception for further information.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  The nearest one is Fiumicino Airport, which is the international airport. By taxi or train you need 45 minutes to arrive there.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  No. We can suggest and reserve by some private companies who do it on request.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  At 30 meters from the Hotel you will find a Bus stop where is possible to take Buses for any destination in the centre.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  Termini Station, the Central Station is at only 10 minutes by feet, or three Bus stops.
• Which is the nearest / how far away is / how do we arrive from the underground / subway stop?
  The nearest Metro Stop is at Piazza della Repubblica, just 5 minutes walking from the hotel.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No, there is not.
• Are pets welcome?
  Little Pets are allowed on request.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  No, there is not but there are many nice restaurants in the area.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  Yes you can. By the way in every room there is a permanently DSL Internet connection. So if you have a laptop, you can easily connect it to the Hotel's network wich share a speed connection and surf the Internet without any charge. If you haven't a pc, the Hotel can provides you one without charge.
