• At what time can we check-in and out?
  Check In from 1pm, Check Out before midday. Check-in service is available at our Hotel Atlante Star - 5 minutes walk away.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  The price is per apartment.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  Yes, buffet breakfast is included in the price. It is served in our well known panoramic Roof garden restaurant on the top floor of our Hotel Atlante Star - only 5 minutes walk away.
• Is heating included in the price?
  Yes, it is.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes, as you prefer.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  English, German, French, Spanish and Japanese.
  
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  There are 4 floors and the rooms are situated on the ground floor. There is an elevator.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Yes, our apartments are romantic and comfortable.
• Are linens and towels provided or do I need to bring my own?
  Yes, linens and towels are provided.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  No, they do not.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  No, they do not.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  Yes, we do.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Yes, each apartment is equipped with Sat/tv.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  No, there is not.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  Yes, there is, it is seasonal and it is at no extra charge.
• Is there a dining room where we could sometimes all dine together?
  No.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  Yes, we do at our Hotel Atlante Star (5 minutes away).
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  No, there is not.
• Is parking or garage available?
  Yes, we have an agreement with a parking nearby.
• Where can we rent a car?
  You can ask the reception.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  The nearest airport is Fiumicino (30 km).
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  No.

  The nearest bus-stop is 300 metres away.
