They've arranged for a driver to pick me up at the Airport and the cost was the same as for a taxi. My flight was an hour late but the driver was still there.
No problems on my arrival....only the weather...it was raining.

Before my arrival I've asked for a romantic setup in the room (candels, champagne etc.) because I was planing to propose to my girlfriend and everything was perfect.
And, ofcourse, she said YES.

The minibar was not as expensive as I've expected it to be.
I was lucky that November 16 was the first day with lower prices because the season was over.

The breakfast - excelent!
We were pleased to find a coffee maker (American coffee, not expresso) and everything was fresh and tasty.
And also more details about the area in which the hotel is: Trastevere.

It is very friendly and I think it matches very good with Rome and with the neighborhood, Trastevere.
I know where I'll be staying next time when I'm in Rome.

The people at Relais Le Clarisse were fabulous...they treated us so kindly. They went above and beyond to take care of us. We had nice conversations, they were fun, and they gave us good recommendations for dinner on our last night in Italy. Their breakfast spread was wonderful. The room was beautiful and clean, the courtyard was very pretty. We slept well..and the next morning we were promptly wisked off to the airport. I would definitely go back to stay and say hello to our friends at Relais Le Clarisse.

Le Clarise provided transportation from the airport to the hotel for a nominal fee. The driver was fantastic. He was very friendly and welcoming. He pointed out sights along the way. We were so grateful to have this service, especially after flying for 9 hours!!

Our family of four loved having such a large room and bathroom. The courtyard was a bonus! We ate breakfast in the courtyard and played cards there at night before the kids went to sleep. Truly ideal!

Best stay in Roma! Wonderful staff, very courteous and helpful. The rooms and bathrooms are large and clean. The breakfast is presented beautifully and being able to eat in the courtyard is a bonus! Benissimo!

The Tram(public transportation) is just steps away from Relais Le Clarisse that connects to most buses to just about anywhere in Rome. They also provide airport transferes that we didn't know about. Get to know public transport. It's the cheapest way to get around.

A little hard to find if you have never been to Rome before but a very pleasurable place to stay in.

Quite a busy area and a bit out of the way for the main tourist sites but close to restaurants and night life. Good access to transport with trams and taxi's so should not be a problem for seasoned travellers. Most sites can be walked too within 15 mins to main piazza's and I would stay here again.

There was a taxi strike the day we arrived in Rome, so the extra info regarding using public transport was invaluable.
