• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from 1pm, Check Out before 11am.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  Per room.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  Yes, breakfast is included.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  English, French, Italian and Spanish.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  6 floors and elevator.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Yes there are rooms with terraces and balconies at an additional charge and some very quiet rooms facing the inner courtyard.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  Yes there are rooms with terraces and balconies at an additional charge.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  On request and with a surcharge.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  We regret to inform you that we do not have non - smoking rooms as such, however we do not have wall to wall carpeting and rooms are carefully serviced and ventilated at each departure.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  yes there is satellite tv with international channels.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  There is direct telephone in all rooms.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  There is airconditioning in all rooms at no additional charge.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  Yes, we have an internet point in the reception area at a charge.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  No.
• Is parking or garage available?
  Yes in our courtyard with an extra charge.
• Where can we rent a car?
  There are several options in the vicinity that we can assist you with.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Fiumicino - Leonardo da Vinci 30 km
  Ciampino - 25 Km
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  This can be arranged at a fee.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  There are plenty of bus stops going in diffrent directions.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  Temini 3 Km.
• Which is the nearest / how far away is / how do we arrive from the underground / subway stop?
  the closest underground (7 mins walk) is Colosseo.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No.
• Are pets welcome?
  Small pets.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  Yes.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  Yes in most rooms.
