Clean, fairly quiet, good central location, close to the train station - great for connecting to everything. Angelo was extremely helpful.

Very good place to stay, close to the main train station, what provides you transport anytime day an night. Owner needs to improve his english, but he's polite and tried to help us with some sugestions about where we could find the best pizza in Rome, even though we didn't find the place!

You might want to add directions once you enter the gate at the street:
Walk through the archway, turn right go to the second door and use the buzzer. ... I admit I was a bit nervous about booking for three nights based only on photos on a web site and a few customer reviews. I can not tell you how pleasantly surprised we were to find the room and the accommodations exactly as described. We had a delightful stay. There is a bit of street noise, but that is to be expected due to the proximity of two major streets in a busy city such as Rome. ... Great room, nice and clean, good breakfast, helpful staff. Convenient to Castro Pretorio metro stations, and Termini. A bit of street noise, which may be of concern if you are a light sleeper.
