- At what time can we check-in and out?
All accommodations, Check In from midday, Check Out before 10am. Please let us know in advance what time you intend to check in. - Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
The price is per room and per night. - Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
In the morning we will give you the possibility to enjoy an Italian breakfast directly in the privacy of your room. The breakfast with room service is included in the price and you can choose whatever you like between croissants, buiscuits, rusks, marmelade, butter, nutella cream, cappuccino, hot choccolate, tea, white coffee, hot/cold milk, express coffee, orange juice. - Is heating included in the price?
Heating is included in the price. - Can we settle the bill on arrival?
Usually our request is to settle the bill on arrival: cash or with credit cards (accepted VISA or Mastercard). - Which languages are spoken at the reception?
English, Spanish, Swedish. - How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
The building has six floors and is equipped with elevator(lift); we are at the fourth floor. - Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
All our rooms are quiet and romantic and well furnished. - Are linens and towels provided or do I need to bring my own?
We provide linens and towels so you don't need to bring your own. The change is provided each three days. - Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
No, we are sorry but we don't have a terrace. - Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
No, the rooms don't have a balcony. - Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
We are sorry, but La Bella Giuliana is a non smoking B&B. - Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
All the rooms are equipped with TV color provided just with national channels. - Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
No, there isn't a telephone line in the rooms. - Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
All the rooms are equipped with air conditioning. During the winter time we have an heating system for all the apartment. These services are supplied with no extra charge. - Is there a dining room where we could sometimes all dine together?
No, there isn't. - Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
Yes we have for private use, but during the office time if requested we give the possibility to send e-mail. - Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
No there isn't. - Is parking or garage available?
The building doesn't have a garage, but not far from here, there is a garage where you can put your car. - Where can we rent a car?
Not far from here there is a place where you can rent a car; if you prefer you can do it also directly at the airport, but if you let, we suggest you to visit Rome without a car. The centre of the town is a limited traffic area, closed to traffic and with electronic control. Furthermore you have to consider the difficulties in finding a parking place too. Everywhere the streets are marked with blue lines. So the best way to visit Rome is by bus or by taxi. It's easier, cheaper and you will spare your time. - Which is the nearest airport?
Fiumicino is at 33 km and Ciampino at 40 km. - Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
Yes of course, we are able to book for you a pickup service to / from the airport. If you need it you have to ask for it at least 4 or 5 days before your arrival giving us all the details regarding your flight (airport, flight company, number of flight, lending time). - Which is the nearest bus-stop?
The nearest bus stop is at 70 metres from here. - Which is the nearest railway station?
Termini Central Station. - Which is the nearest / how far away is / how do we arrive from the underground / subway stop?
The nearest underground station is Ottaviano-San Pietro (line A), at 7-8 minutes from here. You will be able to reach our building walking. - Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
No, there isn't a fitness center. - Are pets welcome?
We are sorry but we do not accept pets. - Is there a restaurant in the Property?
There isn't a restaurant in the property but around you will find many which you can reach in three minutes. - Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
Sorry, but there isn't the possibility to connect your modem in your room.
