  The price is per room per night, included service and taxes.

  Breakfast included in the prices, with contineltal or english breakfast.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  English, French, Spanish and German.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  We have 4 floors with lift.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Yes, most of them with garden view.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  A few rooms with terrace.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  A few rooms have a balcony.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  Yes.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Yes, satellite TV in every rooms. Included the Japanes channels as well.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  Yes.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
