• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from midday, Check Out before 10am. Please let us know in advance what time you intend to check in.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  The price is per room.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  Yes, continental breakfast is included in the price.
• Is heating included in the price?
  Yes.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes, as you prefer. Please note that you can pay only by cash.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  English and French.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  There are 5 floors in the building, but our B&B is set on the 1st floor and there is an elevator.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Yes, our rooms are private and quiet.
• Are linens and towels provided or do I need to bring my own?
  Linens and towels are provided.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  No, but there is a courtyard in the building.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  No.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  Yes, we do. All rooms are non smoking.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Yes, there is a Sat TV in all rooms.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  No, there is not.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  One of the double rooms and the suite have a/c , the other double room has a fan.
• Is there a dining room where we could sometimes all dine together?
  Only the suite has a dining room.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  No.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  No.
• Is parking or garage available?
  Yes, private parking available.
• Where can we rent a car?
  There is a car rental close by.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Fiumicino airport (25 km).
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  Yes, we do (extra charge).
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  Viale Trastevere (150 meters far from us).
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  Trastevere station for local trains (5 min. walking distance), Termini for international connections.
• Which is the nearest / how far away is / how do we arrive from the underground / subway stop?
  Piramide station.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No.
• Are pets welcome?
  Small size and upon request.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  No, there is not but Trastevere is one of the most famous areas in Rome for fine restaurants.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  No, you can not.
