it seems many hotels are now furnishing hairdryers which is a very nice feature to avoid the need for a convertor ... I would recommended it to friends as a place to stay

I was told I had to pay first, didn't like that. ... The shower was so small that you couldn't even bend over. Water temperature would have to be ajusted regularly. The bed was uncomfortable and lumpy. The lampshade was held together by scotch tape. The main light was a shop light. It was not exactly the best hotel I have stayed in for the money. ... It was very simple, since I had to pay at check in. It was very helpful that it provided a place to store our luggage until our flight later on in the afternoon. ... The location of hotel is good, but not in the greatest of neighbors. ... OK, but probably could have gotten better one for the price

No problem finding hotel, received warm friendly, quick and efficient service ... Overall very pleased. Good location for exploring Rome, clean, spacious and comfortable rooms. Would use again. The only thing that would have improved the quality of my stay would have been tea-making facilites either in the room itself or in the communal guest areas - but that is possibly very British of me! ... None ... Friendly hotel, with clean, spacious rooms and comfortable beds. Plenty hot water and clean towels! Well-located for exploring Rome (very close to Termini station)- we managed most of it on foot.

Other than machine not taking my credit card it was fine. ... Downstairs toilet had no light and that the rooms to relax in didn't have a remote control to work TV. I did ask at reception but just told that it was lost. Disappointed that it had no bar. I would have been nice after a days sight seeing to go back and have a couple of drinks and relax before going to bed. They did sell drink but we were told it closed at 3 in the afternoon!!!!!! ... Checking out was quick and easy and no problems with card. ... Basic and clean. Breakfast fine. Just no 'nice' place to relax at end of day.

Room appeared to not have been used in awhile. There was dust on the furniture surfaces and television. However, the room was cleaned from top to bottom the following day (we did not contact housekeeping or the front desk for this). We were greatly impressed by this. Only suggestion is to do a walk-through of each room before a customer is given the key. ... Despite the dust situation, the room and service was impeccable. The staff was very helpful and quick in securing tours for us. This was an enormous help to us. Also, we were quite pleased with the breakfast service and food. ... I highly recommend The Kennedy Hotel. The location is ideal and central to key monuments. Most importantly, the staff was incredibly helpful and polite. ... Same as above

The Hotel Kennedy was recommended to me by a work colleague, and it met our expectations. We enjoyed our stay, the room was comfortable, and the breakfasts were good. The central location was very handy for walking to the main sites of interest. We will recommend the Kennedy Hotel to our friends, and will stay there on any future visits to Rome. ... A good value for money three star hotel with ensuite, in an older building, but clean and comfortable, very centrally situated in Rome.

I would not reccommend suggesting a private service pick-up to tourists. We arranged for a mercedes service to take us from the airport but they didn't even turn up! I suggest taking the coach instead, you can get tickets from the airport and it's waiting for everyone right outside. It's quick, easy and efficient! ... The photographs were quite deceptive in making the rooms look bigger than what they actually were, but nevertheless this did NOT affect my stay- it was a pleasant and comfortable room and atmosphere to be in. ... Perhaps mention how it is in a very central area, we were able to get to everywhere we wanted to see within minutes, and we walked everywhere!
The breakfast was included which was very good - it was continental with cakes, biscuits, cheeses and a variety of jams, breads, cereals and drinks. ... comfortable, clean (which is a very good reccommendation point) and central. A good price because of the breakfast that is included (which was also suitable for a vegetarian diet).

The hotel is easy to find from the train station, but the directions were very confusing and had us searching on a parallel street for quite some time for the hotel. ... The hotel staff spoke excellent English, and they were very accomodating. The room was clean and a good size for a European room. ... The hotel has someone on staff 24 hours a day, and they were more than helpful to get us a cab at 3:30 in the morning to the airport.

The location was great for us as it is just a 2 minute walk from the train station - we were quite pleased. ... Our room was above the dining room, so in the morning we could hear the chairs scraping along the floor from people at breakfast below us. We didn't mention it to the staff as we didn't let it bother us, but maybe a sound barrier between those floors would be a good idea. ... It would have been nice to have a fridge in our room. We really enjoyed our stay there, the people were very friendly, and helpful.

Everyone treated my wife and I with the utmost care and professionalism. We arrived at 10:00 A.M. so our room wasn't quite ready, but we came back an hour later and everything was fine.

Rooms were very clean, and the bathroom was okay too. The room was a bit small, but I'm used to that, it was not a problem. In the mornings my girlfriend complained about noise in couple of occasions, I did not have any problems. ... Nice and clean hotel in a good location if you need to transport via Termini. Good value for money.

The entrance/lobby area is quite shabby on first impressions. The breakfast room was a little on the small side with limited choice of food. ... Affordable place to stay in Rome. Pleasant and riendly staff.

The window of the room was white so we could not see outside.
Satellite TV but no sport channels.
The location of the hotel was good.

Our room wasnīt quite sound proof enough - couldnīt sleep without earplugs because of street noise. ... Very handy location from Termini station. Breakfast was good.

We expicitly reserved a twin bed room, like the one at the homepage, but we got a double bed with two mattresses and two blankets ... The receptionist was not able to call the Bus line to ciampino airport and to ask for the scedule. The room was very loud. We could hear ever word spoken next door.
