We were delayed by a whole day in the UK because of a strike at Alitalia and were delighted to only be charged for the days we used the appartment and not for the whole of the original booking.

Very comfortable, well situated for our purposes. I wonder if the gas cooker could do with a safety check as it was very easy to leave it off but with gas still flowing.

Although we had telephoned to arrange time for checking in, we still had to wait almost an hour before anyone turned up to let us in. There is no reception.

It is a lovely apartment and very convenient to get around. However it was on a busy road, but it is very central and we thoroughly enjoyed it. Would definitly stay again.

5 minutes from The Vatican and underground station. Very easy to get around. Nice apartment. Comfortable and homely and it was great as there were 5 of us.

I said I was gonna get there at eleven and I had to wait until two pm for somebody to show up, I was really close to go to a different place and ignore that reservation. Also I called those numbers many times and I did not have an answer. But I must say, after I reached the guy, everything was ok. Thanks. good location, nice appartment.

It is an apartment with no receptionist which should be expected but which should be made clear to visitors.
Since we arrived late due to an airport matter, Gabrielli was no longer there to meet us. However, he came about thirty minutes later.

I would use it again and would even recommend it to friends.

Francesca and Gabielli were very accommodating throughout our stay. They even allow us to leave our luggage in the apartment while we were carrying on with our tour in the morning of our departure date at no extra cost.

Excellent accommodation and good accessibility to major attractions. Unfortunately, we discovered it late during our stay.
Visitors should be told that Bus No 70 would take them to nearly all the best attractions. Subways are not as good as the bus routes.

We had to wait a little while before being let in, but I think that was unavoidable.

The property was OK. The bathroom and kitchen were more run down than expected. Also, the electrical outlets were loose with wires hanging out and holes in the walls. Perhaps this is typical of apartments in Rome. We generally enjoyed our stay, and the owner was extremely helpful and polite.

Although the property has a lift, there are some steps to get to the lift.

There was a problem with the bathroom in the accomodation.
So they gave us another appartment, larger than the one we rent.

double sofa bed in lounge was not present

the apartment was obviously usually lived in by someone and there was old coffee in the machine, all their toiletries in the bathroom and bottles and foodstuffs in the kitchen. The apartment was clean and spacious, however and the man who greeted us did his best to fix things and brought us some milk.

our voucher said we could pay by credit card but the owner would only accept cash. we were not prepared for this and barely had enough cash to give him, then had none left for the holiday.
