From Fiumicino airport a train shuttle service is available every half an hour to reach Termini railway station.
From Ciampino airport you can take a taxi or, otherwise, you have two different choices:
- either a bus shuttle to the underground station Anagnina and then take the underground direct to our apartment.
- or a bus shuttle to Ciampino railway station, then the train to Termini and from Termini the underground to our apartment.
The bus shuttle is available every 20/25 minutes and the train or metro connection make you wait just few minutes, about the time you need to buy train tickets inside the metro or train station.
From inside the Termini station you can get the metro (line A towards Battistini for six stops, tickets can be bought at the newspaper shop inside the station) and get out at "Ottaviano - San Pietro" station. We are about 60 feet away from the metro station, in an elegant area very close to the Vatican and its Museum. |
