We were very satisfied with this hotel.
They went out of their way to accomodate us. We were able to use their shuttle to the airport. We stayed here just to make our connecting flight. It is out of the way of the city sights. The restaurant next door was wonderful. Their dining room was pricey and very small portions. Breakfast was very good.

The rooms were small but very clean. They do not have no smoking rooms though, and they tried very hard to find a room that would accomodate me without a smoke odor. I forgot to ask this question to start off with. (my fault)

The only additional charge was for the shuttle. I feel they should advertise those prices.

Explicit directions were given on arrival to meet shuttle. It would be a good idea to include the shuttle fare in the price.

The stay was just 1 night but would come back if necessary for overnight stays in future.
The hotel restuarant was closed but the ristorante which was recommended was excellent, with good home cooked food.

Staff helpful and good service given when requested taxi service back to Airport.

It would be good to post the hours of the shutle service to the hotel. We arrived at a time when the shuttle was not running. We had no idea what a fair cost for a taxi would be. Both pieces of information would have been helpful.

The room was not very spacious for the cost. It was clean. It was not very sound proof . We were wakened very early by other guest taking showers etc. in the morning. Also, the breakfast left a lot to be desired. We did appreciate being close to the airport.

The directions to hotel confused right and left side of street.
Receptionist was the only person available and was busy.
The shuttle to the airport began at 6:30 so it was not available since our flight left at 7 am and they suggested we get to the airport 2 and a half hours early

Hours the shuttle is available. Also was not available to go to Rome when we arrived or the airport in the am.
The restaurant was not in service.

Fair if you need a hotel close to the airport but to check when you need the shuttle and if it is available at that time.

We were booked for a double bed and they had pushed two single beds together. The beds were very hard and uncomfortable as well.

It was ok. The shuttle service needs to be expanded, the rooms were small and they had no soap in the room.
