The room could have been a little cleaner, as it was a little dusty but only to my extremely fastidious eye. The bathroom was very clean. The fresh flowers in the breakfast room and lobby were beautiful and a lovely added touch. The elevator was charming. The maids were very helpful and polite and accomodating.

Room was bigger than I expected. Bathroom was nicer than I expected with the spacious marble shower. The banquet breakfast that was provided was the most extensive one that I encountered in all of Italy. For a three star hotel, the value is excellant.

Banquet breakfast was very good with lots of choices. Hotel Isa should partner themselves with a better City Tour company. Their tour of the Colleseum did not include going inside, and of couse I assumed it did when I payed for it at the Hotel.

To clarify, we had confirmed 3 rooms. One was to be a double bed. Instead, we got 3 rooms, all with single beds (even though the confirmation indicated that one room would have a double bed). This was a minor detail and did not take away from our stay at Hotel Isa at all.
Also, a nice event was when we got our confirmation that the rooms were available, it came back as 20 euros less expensive per room than originally quoted.

Very good hotel. Great location. And as I had seen mentioned on your website by other guests, the breakfast buffet was exceptional. The food was great and substantial in selection. They even served mimosas in the morning, fresh squeezed orange juice and freshly made cappucino.
The location on the rooftop was wonderful! Exceptional view with covered or open air seating.

I would highly recommend Hotel Isa. Great price/great value considering the breakfast that was included. Convenient location. Very easy to reach by taking the local Metro if coming from the airport. Otherwise, easily walkable distances to see the center of Rome on foot.

I found Rome very confusing to drive around and therefore hard to find the Hotel.

Tea/Coffee facilities in the room would have been nice. The Hotel only has tea/coffee at breakfast.

I have stayed in the ISA before and our room then was much bigger that the room we were allocated this time. So our expectation was that we would have the same standard of room.

Room was a bit small and the TV did not work vey well with a poor signal and broken remote control,whch was renewed before we left.But as we did not spend much time in the room it was not a major issue.

On the positive side it should be mentioned that there are facilities to freshen up on the day of departure if your flight home is in the late afternoon or evening.
On the negative side I think the hotel should ensure that all the amenities work before allocating room to guests,ie,TV.

This hotel is ideally situated for walking to any of the major attractions,especially the Vatican.The staff are very friendly and attentive and the choice of food at breakfast is excellent.Very enjoyable.

The room was small, but very charming and totally adequate. A good value. I often have to recommend hotels in my work and I would definitely recommend ISA.

i thought i had a transfer booked, to be picked up at the airport, but i guess it was never booked. we ended up taking a taxi, and the driver found the hotel with the address we had.

found the hotel to be generally nice, but the beds were like bricks and very uncomfortable. rooms were clean though, and spacious. the balcony was lovely, and the roof, where breakfast is served, was wonderful. we loved going up there in the mornings, and at night to see the city lights.

We had a really lovely room on the 5th floor, which was extremely private, leading off a balcony which overlooked a sort of central courtyard.

We had to check out early to make a flight from Ciampino. Our bill was ready for us as requested, and the staff in the terrace breakfast-room, although not quite ready to open (7 a.m), were welcoming and even made us up a jug of fresh orange juice. They also replaced the lukewarm cona coffee with freshly-made cappucinos.

We were really surprised that a hotel officially described as 3* (and in Rome!) was so comfortable. The room was elegant and the terrace breakfast-room served a buffet breakfast, which, while perhaps angled somewhat at German visitors, was pretty comprehensive. I would personally have preferred freshly-made coffee. rather than flasks of Cona coffee, but the staff did replace this for us with absolutely no fuss. We found all the staff, from Reception to breakfast-room, very pleasant.

Great hotel in a very good location for the price. We would have paid $60-70 more per night to be just a few blocks away over the river near the sites. we walked everywhere from Isa. very convenient and near metro. The breakfast was very good and abundant and the breakfast service was great even though they were clearly understaffed. While the sleeping area was small, our bathroom was gorgeous (marble and many mirrors and large). Best of all , the room was immaculate every day upon our return.

I had mentioned that we were in Rome to get married when booking - it would have been nice to have a welcome 'gift' waiting for us in our room. Other hotels did this for us during our stay.

Francesca at reception was extremely helpful to us and organised a mini-bus for us to transport our Wedding Guests as well as being excellent with directions!

Unfortunately our room air con didn't work and so we requested to change rooms and we were able to get another room the next day for the same price.

the roof top area was a great asset and Willy the barista was the best part of our whole stay at Hotel Isa. He made it more memorable and it was great to see him each day.

We were given a tiny room with no drawer space and no place to move around.We were moved to a larger room(very nice) when we complained.Hot water was sporadic as well as airconditioning.Beds and pillows were rock hard.Ice machine had been broken for a month.

My husband and I had a wonderful stay at Hotel Isa. We loved our room! The hotel is in an excellent location. The breakfast was superb and the staff was very friendly. The only minor issue we had was with the receptionists. We believe that they were a bit overwhelmed and not very organized. We'll go back to Hotel Isa the next time we're in Rome.

/with breakfast, wich was all perfect, it was on our first day, a sunday, not clear that we could go to the counter for fresh orange juice and coffe or capuccino. THe next day we saw some people doing that , so we did it as well.

YEs, you must note at facilities, that there is a posibility to leave your luggage taken care off the day you check out in case you want to visit the town that day. That is a very strong point that that is possible, because lots off people leave in the evening.
