• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from midday until 3pm, Check Out before midday. Please let us know in advance what time you intend to check in.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  The price is per room.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  Yes, breakfast is included.
• Is heating included in the price?
  No.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes, you can. However, if you settle the bill on departure day upon check-out, eventual extras will be included with room charges, too.
  
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  Multilingual staff speaking Italian, English, German, French.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  Our B&B is all on the ground floor of the building.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Yes, all the rooms are quiet and romantic.
• Are linens and towels provided or do I need to bring my own?
  Yes, they are provided.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  No, all the rooms have one or two windows but no terrace or courtyard.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  No.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  All the rooms are non smoking.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Yes. There is a television in each room but not satellite.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  Yes.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  Yes, all our room have air conditioning with no extra charge.
• Is there a dining room where we could sometimes all dine together?
  No.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  Yes, in the reception there is a computer with internet connection. Internet connection is also available in each room.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  No.
• Is parking or garage available?
  Yes, near our B&B there is a private garage where guests can park their car. The service is not included in the price.
• Where can we rent a car?
  In a private garage or near our B&B.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  There are two airports in Rome: Leonardo da Vinci (Fiumicino) and Ciampino. Both are about 20/25 km from the centre of Rome. The International Fiumicino Leonardo da Vinci airport is connected by a direct shuttle train, the Leonardo Express, with the main railway station "Trastevere".
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  Transfers by private car to and from both airports can be arranged on request. Rates depend on the number of people
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  Trastevere.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  Trastevere.
• Which is the nearest / how far away is / how do we arrive from the underground / subway stop?
  Piramide metro station.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No.
• Are pets welcome?
  Sorry, no pets.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  No.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  Yes.
