The B&B was in a very small place on a small street so not easy to find.

The room was smaller than expected. Our towels were not changed the whole time we stayed there. Our room was not cleaned during our entire stay. For a B&B, we expected homemade breakfast. The jazucci shower did not work as well as expected.

We have stayed at hotels for similar prices and had much better service.

Positive:
The B&B is located away from all the main attractions so it is more of a local favor of the area. There are some wonderful local restaurants. Get to see how the normal people of Rome live. Very near the subway station.
Negative:
The B&B is on a small street that appears more like a parking area than a street. The street is also very dirty. The place is a bit hard to find since it is on such a small street. The pictures on the web site show a much more spacious rooms than the one we stayed at.
Towels are not changed every days but ours did not get changed. Rooms are only cleaned every 6th day- so our room was never cleaned since we did not stay that long.
For a B&B, we expected home made breakfast instead of prepackaged breakfast.

The place is very small on a little dirty street so not easy to find. The room and bathroom was very small although they do provide internet service. Do not expect a home made breakfast even though it is a bed and breakfast. Do not expect the room to be cleaned daily or towels to be changed daily. It is not the best value for the money spent.
