We arrived later than expected due to flight delays, but the receptionist at Internazionale Domus was there to greet us and had changed the airport pick-up reservations appropriately.

The particular appartment that we stayed in only had a few pictures on the web site as opposed to some of the other apartments that had numerous pictures. A few more pictures of the specific apartment we stayed in would have provided a more complete description. A detailed description of the kitchen and kitchen appliances would be useful for planning purposes.

Check-out was easy and efficient. They did a great job at arranging transportation from the apartment to the airport.

The apartment was wonderful and literally bordered the Spanish Steps. The apartment's location was the very best. The apartment's living room balcony overlooking the Spanish Steps was special.

The hotel was amazing - beautiful, clean, location was PERFECT! The staff (Daniel and Alex) went above and beyond to be helpful. Our flight coming into Rome was delayed for 9 hours, and Daniel stayed up until 5 AM to make sure our transportation arrived and we were settled at the hotel. I can't say enough about the ultra-professionalism of the staff.

The stay was excellent. The rooms were large and comfortable, with beautiful furnishings and decor. Everything was about as perfect as could be.

The location is right next to the Spanish Steps and the Metro station, which made it the ideal place to stay and see the sights. Some of the rooms actually overlook the Steps.

The room was very nice and the service excellent. The only (minor) problem was that the door was next to the head of the bed, and noise from the coridor was noticeable. This could be easily fixed by padding the door or adding a double door.

Staff were very helpful. We wanted to get a papal blessing and Alex rang the vatican to find out where we had to go!

Great suite in a quaint hotel.
Opened the window and looked right over the Spanish Steps.
Staff were great, right from booking the suite. Sorted the taxi to collect us from airport in the first place.

Fantastic apartment in a superb location! All of the staff were very friendly and helpful, and the apartment was furnished and cleaned to a very high standard. Based on our experience, we would definitely return for another visit in the future.
