• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from midday, Check Out before 11am. Please let us know in advance what time you intend to check in.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  Prices are per room.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  Breakfast is not included but all the apartments have some complimentary products like milk, coffee and croissants.
• Is heating included in the price?
  Yes, heating is included.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes, you can.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  English, French and Spanish.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  All the apartments are located on the 4th floor except for Apartment Via Margutta that is located on the second floor. There is a lift in both but for Via Margutta there are some steps before reaching the lift.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Yes, all of them but specially those overlooking the Spanish Steps.
• Are linens and towels provided or do I need to bring my own?
  Yes, we provide them.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  Apartment Via Margutta has a terrace.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  Apartment Botticelli has a balcony.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  On request we can give you an apartment where nobody has smoked.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Yes, satellite TV in every apartment.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  Yes, there is a direct dialling telephone in every apartment.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  Yes, the air conditioning is included in the price.
• Is there a dining room where we could sometimes all dine together?
  Each apartment has its own dining room.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  Not yet.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  No, there is not.
• Is parking or garage available?
  The residence does not has a garage but there is a public parking nearby.
• Where can we rent a car?
  At Termini station or at the airport.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Ciampino or Fiumicino.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  Yes, on request and with an extra cost.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  Piazza di Spagna.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  Termini.
• Which is the nearest / how far away is / how do we arrive from the underground / subway stop?
  Piazza di Spagna.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No, there is not.
• Are pets welcome?
  On request.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  No, but there are many nice restaurants nearby.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  Yes, you can.
