NEGATIVES: 1)MOBILE RECEPTION WAS EXTREMELY POOR. MOST OF THE TIME NOT AVAILABLE. 2) ROOM HAD THIS FUNNY SMELL. IT REQUIRED MORE VENTILATION.

Moderately expensive but beautifully positioned between the Spanish Steps and the Trevi Fountain. Easy access to buses and metro. Restaurants nearby nothing exciting.

hard to answer this since we were only at the hotel for about 12 hours; I would have said it was fair value for money, but, (and this is not the hotel's fault, it was not a good value simply because we stayed such a brief time)

After arrival I found out my room to have an extremely small shower and a terrible shoer head.Compared to the 2 rooms my friends got my was the worst.

Very good location, starched bed linens, monogrammed servingware, good breakfast, friendly staff, place has columns and room dating back centuries.
Make sure you get a room with a bathtub or bigger shower.

We were told in an email that the cost of the car from the airport would be 80 euros but we were charged 85.

It wasn't much worse, but we thought we might be able to have a drink on the roof garden but there wasn't a bar in the hotel,which we thought there would be.

Friendly staff. Well-situated. Good accommodation but wouldn't go to this hotel again as we do enjoy a hotel with a bar.

The hotel sent a taxi to the airport for us it cost €65 from FCO.This was very helpful

The front desk was not helpful with regard to local information compared to other hotels we have stayed in during foreign trips.This became uncomfortable enough that we would not choose this hotel again.

We have a very early flight out of he Rome Airport, 6:30, which meant we had to leave the hotel at 3:30 a.m. The hotel staff did an excellent job arranging for a van to take us to the airport.

Possibly. Was comparing to the Baglioni in Florence, not as spacious, breakfasts were not as varied but guess I need to realize this is Rome not Florence.

The only problem was that the shower went from extremes of hot to cold = there was no medium temperature to take a 5 minute shower

george checked us in then recommeded a restaurant we go go to as we arrived about 10.30pm, giving us directions and the restaurant was lovely

the only negative thing i would say is that you have to pay extra for a hot breakfast, i didnt realise this was not included, not sure if this is stated on website

very central, only a minute walk and you are at spanish steps, hotel staff very helpful and hotel spotless,
