There was only enough hot water for 1 brief shower for one person. That was a real challenge for four of us to share. The entry was thru a sometimes crowded restuarant.

They arranged for a car to take us to the airport for 45 euro. The airport is quite some distance from the city.

The apartment is within walking distance of all the places to see and there is a tour bus service for those who do not wish to walk long distances. Our hostess was very nice and helpful and got us off to a great start to see the city.

It was a good way to experience Rome. An outdoor cafe at your door, nice people all around and good wine and information from our host.

we were happy to find that the driver arranged was there to greet us and take us to the apt. robert was very nice and took us to the apt. no problems.

only thing negative is that the bed was very hard and also not very long. anyone over 6 feet tall would have a hard night sleeping.

valeria was great - she arranged for a driver to pick us up to take us to the airport - he arrived on time and no problems with departure.

you might want to say how great your staff is - valeria was there when we needed her for general advice on events/attratctions/directions and made suggestions of how we would best manage our time.

like being at home in another city. we could walk pretty much everywhere. the neighborhood was friendly, we became very comfortable in that area while we were there.

The staff was so helpful! They even gave us a cell phone to call them for any emergencies (getting lost, etc.)

The location was wonderful. The staff was more than helpful! It made our stay that much more perfect. I would definitely want to stay here again.

Valeria was incredible, she really went above and beyond to make sure we had a good visit in Rome.

There were some problems with the apartment. The toilet seat was broken our entire stay and the ceiling fan made a really loud noise that made it difficult to sleep. We informed Valeria of the problems and she certainly seemed to realize how big they were, but being that it was August and apparently there were no shops open that sold toilet seats or any workmen that could fix the fan we had to just live with things as is. I would have appreciated a reduction in rates as a gesture for having to sit on a bare toilet for 3 days and listen to a loud fan all night, but that didn't happen. Of course, I also didn't mention it, and I did sympathize with the situation of it being August. I would stay here again, but probably not during August!

To get to the apartment you walk through a garden section of a pizzaria, I was a little surprised at this, but we never heard any noise from the restaurant. We did eat there on our last night and it was pretty good food!

Great location, wonderful staff, clean and fairly spacious apartment. Nothing overly luxurious, but everything you need for a nice time.

The sleeping places on the sofa bed were not so comfortable.
For me they should not sell these sofa bed as normal sleeping places.
