• At what time can we check-in and out?
  Check In from 12.30pm until 9pm, Check Out before 10am. Please let us know in advance what time you intend to check in.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  The price is per apartment.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  Some supplies for breakfast are provided.
• Is heating included in the price?
  Yes.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes, as you prefer.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  Italian and English.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  Two storey apartment (mezzanine) no lift.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Yes, our apartment is very quiet.
• Are linens and towels provided or do I need to bring my own?
  Linen and towels are provided and changed every 5 days. Extra changes at extra charge.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  No.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  No.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  Yes, we do.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Yes, there is a TV. But only with Italian Channels.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  No.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  Yes, there is, it is free of charge and seasonal. Fan ceiling available, too.
• Is there a dining room where we could sometimes all dine together?
  Yes.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  Not in the Apartment. We have an pc that guests can use at our office located in the same building as the apartment, office hours is from Monday to Friday from 09.00 to 18.00
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  No.
• Is parking or garage available?
  No.
• Where can we rent a car?
  There is a car and scooter rental close to the hotel.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Ciampino airport (22 km).
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  Yes, we do. (upon request, extra charge).
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  Via Vittoria Colonna (50 metres).
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  Termini railway station (4,5 km).
• Which is the nearest / how far away is / how do we arrive from the underground / subway stop?
  Lepanto (metro A).
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No.
• Are pets welcome?
  No, sorry.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  No.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  No.
