This is very neat clean and good looking accomodation. NO problems at all very near to Rome main station and you can see whole rome on foot. Best place to stay in Home like accomodation.

Location is convenient, about 8 min walk to the termini station, room is clean and equipped. Breakfast is average. Have to climb the stairs as elevator space is not big enough for person with luggage. Receptionist is not friendly and does not smile.

Our hostess made us feel very welcome and any fears regarding communication were greatly helped by her ability to speak some english.

good security in terms of access to the premises via large external door, gated entrance to stairwell and secure front door to accomodation which is on the second floor.
There is a room safe.
We were a little concerned about the area but vigilance is the order of the day and we would have to say that we neither encountered our observed any trouble throughout our eight days.

as good and better than many hotels in terms of room space as long as you are not fussy about a fancy entrance lobby. excellent for access to Termini and bus/tram routes.recently stayed in by my brother and his partner,now by myself and my wife Ann.We would have no difficulty in recommending.Keep up the standard in terms of welcome,service and affordability.

We were greeted at the door by a very nice manager. She showed us all of the locking areas, the kitchen, our room and gave us information about the kitchen and breakfast.

The room was very clean and modern, much to our surprise. The location was excellent. Easy to get anywhere on the Metro by being so close to the train station. Many nice little cafes,shops and restaurants nearby. We liked it a lot and will stay there again if we should return to Roma.

the hotel is very clean, you can find everything in the kitchen. as the hotel is very close to termini, main station, and to the other main streets and restaurants, you can never get lost. i enjoyed a lot during my stay in incanto romano bed and breakfast. thanks.

Our hostess greeted us upon our arrival. She was very gracious and helpful!

The Incanto Romano Bed and Breakfast was very secure. We felt very safe during our stay. The room was extremly clean and we received clean towels daily. I would stay there again and would recommend it to others.

The bed and breakfast is really more like an apartment with 4 rooms, each with their own bathroom. Even though the bed and breakfast is small, the rooms themselves are actually pretty big. Also, everything is very new and clean.

East to get to. For those not familiar with Italy, once you arrive at the address, you must look for the proper selection to press the button to have the owner let you in.

This was our first trip to Rome. We arrived earlier than the check-in time and the owner let us get settled in and serves us breakfast. It was a short walk to the train and metro station and the building was very secure. You have to enter 3 doors before getting into the B&B. The owner was friendly, the place was clean and cozy. We enjoyed our stay and will stay there again if we ever return to Rome.

Though the breakfast was poor to Dutch standards but that is normal in Italy. Good enough for a B&B.

We liked the location, as it was very near the train station. As we had an early flight the next morning and were taking the metro to the airport this was ideal. Our 12-year-old daughter loved that we had a key to open the large front doors. It made her (and all of us) feel as if we were native Romans going to our flat! The owner was very friendly and helpful and we felt at home there. Fine value, as it was nicely decorated and the bathroom was great.

Très agréable les cappuccino de la gérante au petit déjeuner.
Domage qu'il n'y avait pas de baignoire dans notre chambre mais la douche était nickel.

Tout petite hotel (3-4 chambres), mais très calme.
Les chambres ne sont pas énorme la notre n'avait pas de baignoire, mais une douche neuve.
La gérante est très sympa.
Notre seul regret ? les coussins du lit un peu trop mou et la distance avec le centre historique.

Très prés de la gare, malheureusement du coup, un peu loin du centre, mais bon, vraiment qualité-prix c'était super.

The young lady that greeted my wife and I was very nice to us, spoke good english. Everything went well at check-in, only two things that bothered me was the credit card machine was not working(I wanted to pay by credit card) and she wouldn't recommend anyplace to eat. She did make excellent cappucino at breakfast time.

Very nice room and bathroom very clean, only the mattress needs to be changed,please!! You could feel the springs digging right into your back. Very noisy outside, you will need to shut the window when going to sleep.

The website advertised Air conditioning, and we were dissapointed to find that there was no A/C. Luckily, it wasnt too hot. The bath towels were not the greatest...didnt absorb water, and were not very soft at all!
Otherwise, the stay was excellent, the bed was comfortable, and the location great.
