Fantastic place. Would definately stay there again. Bathrooms were the best we had in all our travels.

As safe as Fort knox, in a perfect position to everything. Breakfast was a typical southern italian breakfast but at the time we thought it a little lacking, as we didn't realize that italians don't eat toast. Shame about that.

No signs for the hotel are visible outside, infact it is more a guest house, the only way of knowing you are at the correct address is on the intercom located adjacent to the double wooden doors. It should be made clear that the number 66 of the Imperial hotel is infact part the address with the number located on the outside of building. If this was made clear in the directions it would be easier to find. There is a larger hotel on the same street called the Impero which is close by and can be confusing.

First impression was not good as it is based in a residential block, however inside the imperial it is a pleasant surprise and very well finished, clean, warm and comfortable with a very good location.

They do not have staff covering the desk, it was left to one of the cleaners to do check out. They prefer cash which can be a problem as not all banks allow you to take out sufficient funds, however they do take credit card which we used and appears to be OK

Cash payment is prefered. location made more clear, as we spent 45 minutes trying to located the hotel which should of been only 5 minutes from Termini Station

Personally, I liked the self service breakfast arrangement - no long queues that you find in bigger hotels.

Small, but perfectly adequate. Informal atmosphere. Accomodation thoughtfully laid out with everything that you need. Good location for transport (i.e. 10 mins. slow walk from rail and bus station).

It was fabulous, staff was very helpful and informative. The room itself was beautiful and right across from our friends' room. The breakfast room was lovely and the 24 hour coffee machine was truly appreciated. The breakfast food also was great.

We were away for three weeks and this hotel was one of the best hotels on our trip. Loved it and if we were ever in Rome again, we would definitely stay there as well as recommend it to our friends.

They were happy to call us a taxi and help us out with our luggage.

I have described it as clean, modern, loved the ceiling fan and the breakfast room and it was exactly as shown on the website, probably even better. I would certainly stay there again.

The receptionist was exceptional and went out of her way to ensure that our stay in Rome was wonderful.

Our stay at 66 Imperial was most enjoyable, due largely to the exceptional staff, the large comfortable room and the close location to the bus station. We would definitely recommend this B&B and stay here again.

The lady who welcomed us spent about 15 minutes with us going through a map of Rome and giving us helpful tips, such as where to eat, what to see, what transport to use and what tourist traps to avoid. It was very helpful indeed!

All members of staff were very helpful and polite. The only thing which would have been nice is for them to have abit more knowledge good restaurants in the local vicinity.

Very easy. However there are notices in reception stating that payment must be in cash. This is not stated on the website so thankfully I made sure and check in advance of my visit that I could pay by credit card, which was no problem as long as they had notification of 2 days.
Its important the payment methods available are made known to people interested in staying at the hotel.
